Who doesn't enjoy a green beer on St. Patrick's Day.
There are a few different ways to make green beer. You can make each beer you pour green by adding food coloring. Or you can make it green when you
are making a keg or bottling your own. The easiest beer to make green is a light colored beer.

How to make Green beer
INGREDIENTS:
* One 12oz Beer - any beer will do although lighter colored beers will display the green better
* Green food coloring - one drop
PREPARATION:
Add one drop of green food coloring to your pint glass. Pour the beer into the glass.
That's it! This works for any beer. Darker beers like stout will have a nice green head atop their normally dark bodies. Enjoy your Green beer

Why St. Patrick’s Day comes with Geeen Bear
Green Beer Day is a holiday celebrated by students at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. It is celebrated on the Thursday before Spring Break every March. The holiday begins at 5:30am when the bars open to serve green-colored beer, shots, and cocktails to waiting Miami students. (The state of Ohio forbids bars from serving alcoholic beverages before 5:30am.)
This day brings out the green in everyone. If it's just not St. Patrick's day to you without a pint of green beer, add one drop of green food
coloring to a pint of your favorite brew. Naturally the green shows through better with lighter colored beer but any beer will do. Even a jet black
stout will get a distinctly green head if you add a drop of color to the glass before pouring.
